  I love Arbys. This Arbys has friendly staff, the tables were clean enough, the floor was mostly free of trash and crumbs, the trash was only about a quarter full, and their food was the same as any Arbys, if a little on the cold side, but that's probably because we went at a weird time.
  
  However when you walk in you are immediately hit with the smell of stale urine with an underlying smell of roaches. I picked a table in the far corner, furthest from the bathroom, and the smell was still pervasive. Yuck. After dinner we tried to do a quick run through the drive through to get two cookies. It took 15 min.
  I rated this particular Arbys a 1/5 because out of all the Arbys I've been too this one is the worst. I only am only comparing this Arbys to other Arbys.

  Order was wrong, fries cold, just a poor experience overall, won't be going back anytime soon.
