The food gets colder and the wait times get longer. This location has got to be the worst McDonald's I have ever done business with. (And being dishonest doesn't help you, either.) Don't put a creme pie in an apple pie box (especially, after I told you verbally that I did not a cream pie). That kind of bullsh-t has lost you a customer that has spent some good money at you location since living in Shelby. I hate dishonesty, and this sad location will no longer get my funds.
Whoever owns this location should be embarrassed. Just because you have a nice looking building doesn't mean you get service to match. Just ask the other Shelby McDonald's. Cleveland Mall location: You are terrible.
